Julie is pleased to announce that she had a baby girl called Rosie on 25th September born at home and weighing in at 8lb. Julie is starting back to work on 1st November running a limited clinic until the end of the year.

Happy Little Eaters – 8 week course covering baby led weaning and more £48

Baby Led Weaning has so many advantages over puree feeding. I can honestly say as a Nutritionist and Mother that you will be giving your baby the best possible dietary start in life by weaning in this way. This can make a huge difference to their future health. Even if you do not attend this course I would urge you to do baby led weaning. Most Mum’s feel nervous about this way of weaning but with the support of the group and the course I promise you that you will have no problems
with weaning and fussy eating. If you have allergies in the family or you suspect or know that your child has allergies this method of weaning is by far the best way to cope with this.

Here are a few comments from previous courses:-

“This course went over and above what I expected. I loved the way each week had a different focus, it helps you make step by step changes to your life without feeling overwhelmed. I was a little nervous about starting weaning but the rapport that you build amongst the group as a
whole means that we can call each other up and get tips as the babies’ progress. Thanks Julie”

“Excellent course and very informative for those of us who want a healthy diet for themselves and their little ones.....”

“I think this course has something for everyone, even if you can change a few things as a result of this course then it's a good thing”
“It was a great way of learning about weaning, feeling more confident about weaning and meeting new friends.  Thanks Julie!”
“I wish I had found out about the course a bit earlier so that we attended before weaning started (Martha was 8 months when we attended), I really wanted to wean Martha the baby-led way but did resort to purees for a few weeks.  I don't think this would have happened had I had a network of other Mum's experiencing similar things to talk to.  Having said this, we are back on track now which is great.”
